Six weeks post-op and everything shifted—finally! I turned a major corner in my recovery and wasted no time jumping back into movement: brisk walks, weights, Pilates, even dancing. My body’s remembering what strength feels like, and it’s glorious. That said, septoplasty swelling is still putting up a fight. My left nasal passage was completely blocked, so I gave in to a steroid shot—with another one on the way. Sleep is non-negotiable, and breathing freely at night is still the goal that started all this. More good news: I found an Oncodermatologist nearby who supports off-label treatments. One of their practitioners is open to Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)—and I’ve got a consult locked for July 3. Feels like another door opening. On the professional front, I’m back in action—prepping for the launch of BCA and Duality, and it feels incredible to be fully functional again. With surgeries behind me, my focus is razor-sharp: reclaiming my pre-cancer strength one sweaty workout at a time. Big moves. Bigger momentum. More good news to come …
