Natural Liquid Shower Soap/Face Wash/Hand Soap

  • ⅓ c Liquid Castile Soap
  •  ⅓ c Honey
  •  ⅓ c Emu Oil (or Vit E oil

Instructions
In a clean medium size bowl add each ingredient one at a time, measuring carefully. Stir all ingredients gently until all are mixed well. Do not whisk. Once completely combined, using a glass measuring cup, dip into the bowl to fill the measuring cup and then using a funnel pour the liquid soap into a very thick glass (this is for use in a wet shower) or stainless steel 16 oz pump bottle and keep in your shower as usual. Avoid plastic containers as these have and/or leech toxic chemicals into their contents and since you are going “clean” it is not advisable to risk contamination of your new clean soap.

This mixture will separate upon sitting so be sure to shake well before each use
